What You'll Be Doing:
As a Billing Clerk, you’ll play a key role in our accounting team. You’ll handle things like creating invoices, updating customer accounts, processing payments, and making sure everything adds up. You’ll also work closely with both our accounting and operations teams to keep everything on track.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Create and send out client invoices
Check delivery records to make sure billing is accurate
Keep customer accounts up to date and track payments
Help post payments, reconcile accounts, and manage AR reports
Respond to billing questions from clients
Provide general support to the accounting team
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and time management
Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and other basic office software
Trustworthy with confidential info
A team player who’s happy to work across departments
Bonus if you’ve used payroll or accounting software like ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks, or Sage
