Description We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in New Haven, Connecticut. As a Front Desk Coordinator, your primary role will be to serve as the first point of contact for our visitors and clientele. You will also be responsible for administrative duties, customer service tasks, and ensuring a smooth operation of the front desk.Responsibilities Serve as the initial contact point for visitors and clientele, ensuring a detail oriented and friendly service Manage and operate a multi-line phone system, directing calls as necessary Provide concierge services to enhance customer experience Maintain organization and accuracy of files and records Process and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of data entry tasks Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to perform tasks and maintain records Develop and maintain a robust customer service approach, addressing and resolving customer concerns and inquiries Employ strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members Manage administrative tasks and provide assistance where necessary. Requirements Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks including file management and data entry. Experience in Answering Multi-Line Phone Systems, ensuring effective communication. Familiarity with Concierge Services, enhancing guest services. Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction. Proficient in Data Entry, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Excellent Interpersonal Skills to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis. Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for detail oriented communication and scheduling. Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing. Experience in Organizing Files, ensuring easy access and retrieval of documents.
