Westport, CT company looking for an office assistant. This is a part time position, working mornings, between 12-15 hours a week.
Responsibilities
Perform all duties for Rental Property Company-payables, receivables, insurances, leases
Manage all insurance policies for primary company and Owner
Maintain company contracts and agreements
Sales Order Entry and execution of client contracts
Internet research for Owner. Must be skilled in ascertaining information on internet,
including international research.
Ad-hoc tasks/projects as needed.
Qualifications
Basic Bookeeping knowledge
Experience with administrative and clerical duties
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Proactive and detail oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
