Our mission is to help businesses, schools, sports teams, and local organizations create unique, branded apparel and promotional items that stand out.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers a competitive base pay plus commission, with the potential to transition to a fully remote position after three months. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new customers, driving engagement on our social media platforms, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

-Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies.

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

-Drive engagement and manage content on our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok pages.

-Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement social media campaigns.

-Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

-Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

-Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.

-Focus on securing sales from local schools, sports teams, police, fire departments, and local businesses.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in sales, preferably in the embroidery, screen printing, or related industry.

-Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

-Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
