Initiates, plans, and conducts studies and surveys to determine whether new or revised HR policies are needed to (legally and efficiently) forward the Department’s goals, initiatives, and strategies for LE Staff employment. Provides expert technical advice and consultation services to senior level Departmental managers, supervisors, employees, and human resources personnel throughout the Department. Identifies changes needed to improve the LE Staff HR management programs’ policies, processes, procedures and associated practices to meet evolving needs and ensure equitable treatment of employees.
