Clinical Application SpecialistAs a Clinical Application Specialist – Digital & Computational Pathology, you will participate in various activities related to pre-sales support including demonstrations and presentations of the solution as well as process analysis, consultation, implementation, end user training, go-live and post go-live support.Your role:

You will participate in various activities related to pre-sales support including demonstrations and presentations of the solution as well as process analysis, consultation, implementation, end user training, go-live and post go-live support.

Serve in a consultative role, through pre-sales, solution design, delivery, implementation, and service to provide customer a smooth, effective and successful implementation of Philips solutions

Analyzes the customer’s existing workflow and facilitates proper change management in the clinical or operational environment, ensures proper testing of the system and establishes a comprehensive training plan to provide for a smooth transition of the solution to the customer

Conduct current and future state workflow analysis and design for prospective customers, Configure the Philips Digital Pathology application to meet the workflow requirements of customers during implementation

Provide feedback and voice of customer, to the product and engineering teams for the Philips Digital Pathology solutions

Support tradeshow activities, attends seminars and training sessions necessary to maintain appropriate level of professional competence and/or licensure

You're the right fit if:

3+ years lab experience/ vendor experience with in-depth knowledge of the workings of a pathology lab OR 3+ years' experience with digital pathology workflows/implementation either as a vendor or a lab resource

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build/manage relationships, and interact professionally with partners, Philips management, peers and non-team members

Change management, Rapid improvement and Lean expertise preferred

You have a bachelor’s degree in a related field

Strong presentation skills and the confidence to share our solutions with key stakeholders from the lab to C-level executives

Willingness to travel up to 70% of employment time

Laboratory and or histology certification (HT) preferred

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
