Our growing team is looking for a highly motivated Intellectual Disabilities Program Specialist to offer a continuum of care alongside our dedicated staff. As a member of our team, you will contribute to our mission by performing administrative tasks related to the review, analysis, evaluation, monitoring and coordination of intellectual disabilities programs. Compliance is critical, so you will assist with the implementation of rules, regulations, program policies and objectives, and assist with the oversight the services we deliver. You will give technical assistance to providers including program planning, development, implementation, and coordination. We will provide you with the tools to develop yourself professionally through mandated trainings and various other developmental opportunities.Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment

Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. This position may require work outside of normal business hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

Two years of professional experience in the field of intellectual disabilities, and a bachelor's degree; or

An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Other Requirements:

You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Legal Requirements:

You must pass a background investigation.

A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination and drug screening.

This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law.

Under the Law, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance.
