This role involves organizing large datasets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights that support business objectives. The Data Specialist works closely with various teams to optimize data processes and maintain compliance with data governance standards.Essential Job Functions

Create data reports about education practice challenges (across systems - LIMOL, Salesforce, AX, DOMO).

Develop visuals in DOMO.

Build out accounts in Salesforce (CRM) with new leads and contacts to populate touchpoint campaigns.

Organize data visuals and reports to show impact, supporting the team with rev operations.

Basic Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience in data/analytics.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).

Experience with database management systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Knowledge of data governance and security practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Prior FranklinCovey Education experience.

Time-In-Grade Requirements: Federal applicants must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade to satisfy time-in-grade restrictions, per 5CFR 300, Subpart F. Applicants must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service which provided the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position. Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience making recommendations on complex analytic products to improve the efficiency of program operations. Experience interpreting unique and complex data sets to discover trends and patterns guiding decision making. Experience using SQL, SAS, MS Power BI, and other analytical tools to conduct data analysis. There is no substitute of education for specialized experience for the GS-14 position.
