Digital Strategist

Description Robert Half's client is seeking a temporary Digital Strategist to join the Communication department's Digital Strategy team. This team collaborates with various departments and individuals across the organization to enhance client reach and engagement. By working closely with experts in policy, communications, government affairs, and development, the Digital Strategy team leverages digital communications and technology to amplify organizational efforts and raise awareness.The Digital Strategist will be responsible for all aspects of digital strategy and communications, including audience development, content strategy, technology development, and related disciplines. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a keen interest in the intersection of policy and digital communications.This project will involve direct collaboration with the policy team, focusing on executing various components of digital campaigns, optimizing analytics, and fostering knowledge management to continually enhance the organization's work.Responsibilities:

Support the Digital Strategy team's initiatives across audience development, content strategy, technology, and analytics.

Assist in digital campaigns for the client's policy and brand initiatives in collaboration with various functional teams.

Maintain clear and centralized documentation to encourage collaboration, learning, and ongoing optimization of Digital Strategy projects.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements and qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Interest in public policy, advocacy, and communications.

Familiarity with various digital communication channels and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Self-starter who demonstrates initiative and seeks guidance when needed.

Proficiency in common business and office software.

Strong problem-solving skills and creativity.
