Beneficial Electrification programs promote the displacement of fossil-fueled equipment with electric-powered equipment for clients and their customers. Examples of these programs include Fleet Electrification Advisory Services, Electric Vehicle (EV) and Electric Vehicle Support Equipment (EVSE) Incentive programs, EVSE infrastructure solutions, and Building Electrification Services. By supporting these programs, you will help customers save money and reduce emissions while also growing utility electricity sales.You will provide a variety of support including data analysis and reporting, fleet electrification assessments, program development and implementation, incentive application processing, and customer and trade ally outreach for Beneficial Electrification/EV programs.Reasons why you will love working here:

What you will be doing:
Support data analytics and program implementation for Beneficial Electrification and EV programs, including assisting with generating internal/client reports
Conduct and deliver fleet assessments to evaluate the financial and environmental impacts of on-road and non-road electrification
Analyze EV market trends, partners, and technologies to improve program delivery
Research and track electrification policies, grants, and incentives
Collaborate with program team members and cross functional teams to support program success
Conduct outreach and develop relationships and partnerships with local, regional, and national market partners
What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):
Bachelor’s degrees in Business, Sustainability, Environment, Data Analysis or related fields (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education)
1+ year(s) of work experience within Electrification, Transportation, Energy Efficiency, data analysis and/or related experience
What we would like you to have (preferred qualification)
Experience with data analysis and interpretation
Electric vehicle (EV), transportations and/or fleet electrification experience or knowledge
Research experience

Experience in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
