Job Description:Creates and maintains Government and/or Commercial member eligibility records and provides phone support.This role is a Monday - Friday schedule with remote capability. Holidays may be required.Uses analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex eligibility or billing discrepancies and questions. Provides support and expertise for two or more lines of business and/or business processes. Serves as mentor and trainer for team members. Assists and provides feedback on testing of new applications or changes to existing system. Reviews query logic and updates system workflow documentation.Minimum Qualifications

Demonstrated experience working with or tracking various pieces of eligibility information, benefit information, or employee data.

Demonstrated customer service experience.

Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to resolve conflicts and problem solve.

Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office Software including Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and Access databases.

Intermediate knowledge of enrollment and eligibility functions.

Preferred Qualifications

Functions well in difficult situations including conflict resolution in a team environment.

Strong knowledge of Facets or eligibility systems.

Experience with Federal and State regulations which govern Select Health policies and procedures.

Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of enrollment reconciliation processes.

Physical Requirements:Interact with others requiring the emInteract with others requiring the employee to communicate information.
