Good manual dexterity required to use common office equipment (e.g., computers, mobile devices, calculators, copiers, scanners).Must possess strong computer skills – expert in Excel to analyze large volumes of dataEnsure request, incident, problem, and change records are accurate and complete, from creation to closure.Ability to communicate orally with customers, vendors, management, and coworkers is crucial. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
