Description We are looking for an Executive Coordinator based in Washington, District of Columbia. This role is pivotal in supporting the President's office in its daily operations. This contract to hire employment opportunity will allow you to leverage your skills in a dynamic environment.Responsibilities: Manage the scheduling of the President's calendar to ensure efficient time management. Oversee the running of the President's office, ensuring all operations run smoothly. Monitor and sort incoming emails and phone calls, directing them to the appropriate departments as necessary. Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked and place purchase orders when necessary. Handle the processing of office expenses. Manage mail by scanning, sorting, and distributing it accordingly. Utilize software such as Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook for various tasks. Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Schedule meetings and appointments, adjusting the schedule as necessary. Handle travel arrangements and schedule changes for the President. Provide general support to the President's daily schedule. Requirements Familiarity with Concur, CRM, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, About Time, and Concur Expense Proficiency in Calendar Management, Correspondence, and Documentation Experience in C-Suite, Daily Schedule, Meeting Schedule, Schedule Changes, and Schedule Meetings Ability to manage Scheduled Appointments, Schedule Travel, and provide Supporting Schedule Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the same industry Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in business matters Proficient problem-solving skills and proactive approach to tasks.
