You are:

The IT (or ServiceNow) Test Specialist will serve as a cross-functional team member responsible for the validation of software development and maintenance activities supporting the ServiceNow platform.

he work:
  • Collaborate with software engineers to develop test approach and test cases
  • Execute and document manual and automated testing
  • Review and analyze test results across integration, regression, performance, and user testing activities
  • Ensure quality and improvement throughout the software development life-cycle
  • Provide production support by assisting in testing moderate to highly complex software applications and or systems.
  • Assist in the review system requirements documentation design, define, and document unit and application test plans create and execute test scripts ensure proper documentation of test results assists in the analysis of test results, conclusions, and offer recommendations accordingly.
  • Participate in offering support in all phases of risk management assessments and software development, as directed by the Test Manager.

Here's what you need:
  • Bachelor s Degree. In lieu of a Bachelor s Degree OR an additional four 4 years of relevant experience can be substituted, OR an Associate s Degree, combined with an additional two 2 years of relevant experience, can be substituted.
  • One year 1 experience in testing of information technology systems
  • One year 1 experience with requirements analysis, with focus on planning and preparing for testing of systems at the component, integration, system, and end to end levels.
  • Knowledge of business processes.
  • An Active Top Secret SCI Clearance is required for this role

Bonus points if you have:
  • Proven experience working in ServiceNow
  • Training in ServiceNow Fundamentals
  • Experience in the development and implementation of test strategies, plans, traceability matrices, procedures, and reports.
  • Experience in writing test plans, test cases, test reports and discrepancy reports.
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
