Join us and be the eyes, ears, and voice of Ford.Within the Model e US Marketing organization, this role will collaborate with cross-functional teams including, but not limited to Sales, Media, CRM, Shop Success, Research / Analytics as well as agency partners to strategically plan develop execute C&I messaging within Model e’s demand generation plans. Additionally, this position will ensure that communications and plans for Model e are clearly understood and by Regional Managers and FDAF business leads.What you'll do…

Lead C&I messaging in paid advertising within Model e demand gen plans

Lead Tier 2 marketing efforts in partnership with regional marketing team and our retail partners.

Plan, develop and implement retail, demand generation marketing strategies for model e products based on rigorous analytics and measurement tools to amplify our product messages and drive demand in support of profitability objectives.

Lead, own and manage communication with Regional Managers and FDAF business leads internally and with agency partners

Lead internal teams, and agency partners to define, develop and execute holistic customer-facing communications strategy to create meaningful, effective muti-channel assets that drives business outcomes.

Partner with the Model e Marketing Comms, CRM, Owner Marketing and Shop Success teams to continually monitor and measure marketing effectiveness.

Manage marketing budget for assigned retail demand gen programs to ensure performance to business objectives.

Partner with internal product teams to ensure alignment on model messaging and go-to-market activities.

Collaborate with key partners including sales, FDAF leads, media, CX, research/analytics, Enterprise Digital, and Global Marketing to align messaging and priorities.

Support agency scope and evaluation, and nurture complex Agency Partner relationships to drive executional excellence and data-based performance measurement.

Grow model awareness, favorable opinion, consideration and purchase intent.

You'll have…

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field

Track record of challenging the status quo to drive forward a strategic agenda; able to influence with a future-focused mindset

History of navigating ambiguity, establishing goals, and crafting a plan in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

Strategic mindset and ability to blend the art and science of marketing as customer behavior changes and products and services rapidly evolve.

Proven experience using data analytics to provide greater customer insight, drive innovation and improve efficiency and productivity.

Innovative marketer who is ahead of digital trends with strong digital, social, mobile and CRM marketing experience.

A media practitioner – an expert in the planning and activation of all media types / client experience and conversant in digital, performance media and martech platforms.

Passionate customer-obsessed mentality with strong bias for action.
