THOR Solutions is actively seeking an experienced Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) Product Support Analyst to support the NAVSEA PMS 443 Director of Product Support in Washington, DC. The Analyst will assist in the development and management of Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements for Navy systems. An ideal candidate will have experience in Navy product support management in areas such as logistics, engineering, and/or data analytics.Typical Responsibilities:
Support the Product Support Director in ensuring comprehensive product support for assigned systems throughout their lifecycle.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and prioritize product support strategies aimed at improving the operational availability of critical HM&E systems.
Facilitate the development of HM&E Product Support policies and processes, program briefs, communications, Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs), Task Planning Sheets (TPS), Business Case Analysis (BCA), Program Objective Memorandums (POM), etc.
Organize and facilitate HM&E Product Support meetings and forums to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Collect, analyze, validate, and present data to support cross-organization processes, policy improvements, and initiatives.
Track and manage action items across the Product Support Team, ensuring timely progress and completion.
Location:Primarily onsite at NAVSEA Headquarters in Washington, DC. Some local remote flexibility as schedule permits. Occasional travel to field activities may be required.Typical Physical Activity:Primarily desk/computer work in an office environment. May involve: repetitive motion.Typical Pay Range: The anticipated pay range for this position in the identified location(s) is $90,000 – 100,000. Actual compensation offered will be based upon individual factors including education, qualifications, and experience.Secret Security Clearance Required: This position requires an existing DoD Secret security clearance. A qualified candidate must already possessan active full or interim Secret clearance and maintain it for the duration of employment.Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in business, public policy, or engineering; OR relevant U.S. Navy experience.
At least eight (8) years’ recent, relevant experience managing Integrated Product Support (IPS) for Navy systems.
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to manage time and priorities efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met and projects progress smoothly. Highly organized to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Familiarity with data collection, validation, and analysis techniques for assessing system performance, identifying issues, and recommending improvements to optimize product support.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
