We are looking for an Administrative Operations Specialist for one of our direct clients in Washington, D.C. 20005.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist with administration of Washington D.C. office for Real Estate including communication with facilities, manage schedules, handle correspondence, arrange travel, and coordinate meetings.

Work alongside with team and independently on regular and ad-hoc business projects such as data collection, presentations, and transactions, regional and national initiatives.
Coordinate and manage flow of internal and external communication.
2 to 3 years of experience in office and/or business administration in corporate environment.
Excellent communication skills and organizational skills. Detail oriented.
Strong basic computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Strong team player but also be able to work independently
