Cover all aspects of pre-sales activities required to generate subscription based sales. Able to respond to RFP's, conduct discovery, prepare and deliver demonstrations to our strategic customer base and prospective clients. Able to collaborate with all surrounding sales support teams to facilitate our selling cycles. Ensuring the Presales team and specified groups have up-to-date and relevant product knowledge in the designated product areas Maintain awareness of all relevant competitive products (e.g. Ellucian, Campus Management, Workday, SAP, Infor, and others) Understand the needs and pains of the customer and then link them to a set of products/solutions provided by Oracle Demonstrate leadership abilities and superior presentation skills in a multi-cultural environment. Bachelors from an accredited university with a degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics and an advanced degree highly desirable. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Responsibilities This is a full-time onsite position located in Washington, DC with partial telework option after a probation period and at discretion of the hiring manager. The Office of Information Technology (OIT) provides the development, operation, maintenance, and support of Information Systems for the Supreme Court of the United States. OIT staff operate and administer distributed network architectures that support a fully virtualized environment of end user workstations and servers, geographically diverse data centers, website administration using a virtual machine infrastructure linked with a Content Delivery Network (CDN) solution, Video/Voice over IP (VTC/VoIP) solutions, and several complex Local Area Networks (LAN) which connect these resources. The incumbent is responsible for design, implementation, and day to day operation and optimization of the Court\'s Telecom Infrastructure (TI) both at the Court and various geographically diverse remote sites. The TI includes Session Border Controller (SBC), VoIP Call Manager, VTC/VoIP Endpoints, Analog VoIP gateways, on premise call center application, VTC, copper and fiber cable plant, routers, switches, PRI and SIP circuits. The incumbent will perform technical analysis and administration of the TI including: design and implementation, auditing, best practice security hardening, patching, periodic maintenance, \"break-fix\" actions, troubleshooting, configuring, testing, cable installation, fault isolation, preventative maintenance, hardware/software/firmware upgrade installation, problem solving, equipment inventory, and all other aspects of technical support.
