In this role you will provide support to Oracle EBS based financial accounting systems, troubleshoot and resolve testing defects and resolve production issues.

Candidates will configure, design, test, and analyze issues as they arise. They will also support design anddevelopment of new capabilities andprovide business finance operation and accounting support to the government client team.

The team

Oracle Enterprise Solutions (OES)

Our Oracle Enterprise Solutions practice provides services from ERP and Cloud Strategy, through Business Transformation and Applications Implementation, to Operate and Cloud Release Management. We modernize our client's business and core environments to leverage technology innovations around Cloud, Digital, Mobility and Social Collaboration. We help our clients address digital transformation by designing modern applications and industry specific solutions to deliver outcomes that improve flexibility, scalability and cost management. Oracle ERP products include Oracle Cloud SaaS, EBS, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards.

Professionals can expect to deliver "heart of the business" projects and work closely with client leaders in finance, logistics, manufacturing, shop floor, scheduling, engineering and design, IT, project management as well as the C-suite including the CEO, CFO, CIO and COO. We assess current business processes and capabilities as part of digital transformation initiatives and support strategic priorities across clients' enterprises.

Qualifications

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in a related field


  • 2+ years' experience in Financial Management


  • 2+ years' experience working in an Oracle EBS environment


  • 2+ years' experience with one or more of the following in Oracle EBS: AP, AR, GL, Cash Management or Purchasing


  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance


  • Travel up to 25% or more (While 25% or more travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)




Preferred:



  • Prior professional services or federal consulting experience


  • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives


  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience


  • 2+ years' of relevant government or federal consulting experience




Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Responsibilities The incumbent serves as the Financial Management Analyst providing advice and guidance covering a wide variety of policies and requirements for OIG. Your duties and responsibilities may include, but not limited to the following: Provides advice and recommendations on all aspects of the OIG budget to bureau program officials. Plays a key role in coordinating the preparation of annual OIG budget and Congressional budget. You will have a primary responsibility of gathering and completion of data, identification and analysis of issues and development of recommendations to resolve substantive problems of efficiency and or effectiveness regarding mission operations. The incumbent has primary responsibility for the analysis, compilation, and interpretation of program data related to audits, inspections, and investigations.
