This will include performance analysis of the programs reporting to IO leadership, assisting with logistical support activities, supporting the drafting and production of status and annual reports, identifying opportunities to enhance and improve the various IO mission tasks, and more.HOW A PROJECT/TASK SR MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT● Analyze programs and operations through the lens of agency and departmental strategic mission and goals to produce streamlined reporting and analysis of accomplishments and highlights as digestible artifacts for executive leadership and to include in annual reporting requirements● Evaluate IO mission performance of various activities to provide qualitative and quantitative analyses to inform both contract leadership and IO leadership of opportunities and challenges● Identify trends and provides analysis reports regarding the various domestic and international activities to further the IO law enforcement and intelligence missions● Coordinates logistical support activities for IO staff conducting training, deploying overseas, traveling for investigative and/or law enforcement activities, and other logistics as needed● Utilize data-driven methodologies to enable IO to make more informed expansion decisions that are rooted in data and strategic priorities to include using financial impact assessments, resource levels, and law enforcement and open-source data sets● Will have direct engagement with IO leadership and support overall contract performance, meeting expectations and obligations while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and mission evolutionWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science● Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience● Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI Eligible● Required Skills and Abilities: experience in analyzing, documenting, presenting, and or supporting program analysis and performance management in a large office setting● Preferred Skills: experience converting complex information into easily understood concise data visualization and presentations using advanced MS PowerPoint presentations and advanced MS Excel/data manipulation as well as familiarity with relevant software such as Tableau and Microsoft SharePoint 2013 (or future agency versions) and/or Cognos® Business Intelligence Software● Location: Hybrid●US Citizenship RequiredGDIT IS YOUR PLACE:● 401K with company match● Comprehensive health and wellness packages● Internal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your career● Professional growth opportunities including paid education and certifications● Cutting-edge technology you can learn from● Rest and recharge with paid vacation and holidaysThe likely salary range for this position is $66,602 - $89,700. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.   • Summary Located in the Under Secretary of State for Economic Growth, Energy, and the Environment, Office of Global Partnerships (E/GP). Time-In-Grade Requirements: Federal applicants must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade to satisfy time-in-grade restrictions, per 5CFR 300, Subpart F. Applicants must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service which provided the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position. Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience analyzing programs or processes to assess effectiveness and ensure successful implementation. Experience developing plans and objectives for the long-range implementation of administrative support programs and activities. Experience developing and managing Partnership Opportunities Delegations (PODs) and E/GP\'s partnership training program. Experience in the development and management of E/GP\'s public-private partnerships. There is no substitute of education for specialized experience for the GS-14 position.
