Program Analyst Sr.

DescriptionSAIC is seeking a Program Analyst. Position requires the individual to perform program analyst tasks, apply engineering/project management principles and administrative functions. The individual must be able to work with limited supervision as part of the program management team. The individual must work closely with the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) PMO.Specific Requirements:

Develop and prepare high level presentations for FAA senior managers using appropriate MS software, charts, original graphics, and FAA Branding formats and guidelines;

Provide technical writing assistance to organize and translate complex data into clear and usable issue papers, reports, articles, briefings, job aids, and guidance documents for diverse target audiences and complete said deliverables as required;

Develop agendas, meeting resources, and minutes;

Develop communication plans, briefing materials, newsletters, press releases, Web-page updates, or other media for internal and external use;

Assist with program metrics tracking and engage in risk analysis;

Manage and monitor calendar for FAA manager;

Analyze and select best options for implementation and identify component projects;

Assist with developing and tracking business plan goals and project milestones;

Undertake stakeholder analysis and establish governance structure;

Provide assistance with planning and scheduling briefings/meetings including the compilation and administration of background and support material, arranging facilities and coordinating accommodations;

Review all documents for proper content, format, grammar, and spelling;

Maintain program documents and assist with analysis of program performance;

Provide program management support on government services projects;

Prepare client deliverables;

Develop high level presentations, issue papers and reports;

Record and tracking meeting minutes and action items;

Provide logistics support before and after meetings;

Experience utilizing SharePoint;

KSN management and administration;

Develop SOPs, guides/manuals and process improvements

QualificationsRequired Qualifications:

BS/BA degree in business or related fields from an accredited university and six (6) years or more of related experience; Master's degree and four (4) years or more experience; PhD or JD and two (2) years or more experience;

Experience with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

Desired Qualifications:FAA/FAA PMO experienceTarget salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.

Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience analyzing programs or processes to assess effectiveness and ensure successful implementation. Experience developing plans and objectives for the long-range implementation of administrative support programs and activities. Experience developing and managing Partnership Opportunities Delegations (PODs) and E/GP\'s partnership training program. Experience in the development and management of E/GP\'s public-private partnerships. There is no substitute of education for specialized experience for the GS-14 position.
