DescriptionARServices is seeking a Program Manager for U.S. Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) Nuclear Weapons Surety, Policy, and Compliance program in Washington, DC. We are seeking a Program Manager who can lead a team providing Support Services for contract activities providing: · Surety Policy and Engineering support· Assessments, Analysis, and Modeling for threats to nuclear weapons security· Strategic Planning Support· Engineering Oversight of requirements management and requirements systems· Rapid Fielding and Research and Development, specifically creating and interpreting policy and analysis and coordinating stakeholders The Program Manager serves as the on-site as the primary point of contact and lead technical resource, directing remote teams in the support while also serving as the expert in the activities. This role will be required to work on-site at the Washington Navy Yard. RequirementsRequirements include:· Manage and supervise contract personnel, all who may be on-site or remote· Fulfil and manage open and ongoing staffing requirements· Coordinate with the government contract leadership to resolve any problems in a timely manner· Coordinate and conduct meetings to promote the effective and efficient management of this Program for the Government· Create and brief Government contract leadership on Contract Status Reports, Contractor Training Statuses, and other required contract deliverables· Oversee major requirements and deliverables from staff, providing guidance as necessary on the subject matter Required Qualifications: At least 20 years of experience supporting Navy nuclear concerns, either programs dealing directly with nuclear security or the operation and support of nuclear submarines At least 10 years of experience managing DOD programs and projects Understanding of Navy nuclear surety, policy, and compliance Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering or something equivalent Minimum Top Secret/SCI eligible Desired Qualifications PMP Certification or DAWIA-equivalent Desired: Masters degree in Engineering, Public Administration, or something equivalent

Direct the facilities support function of the Bureau, involving facilities design and construction, operations and maintenance and support services, which encompasses space planning and allocations, building services, building custodial activities, snow removal, pest control, elevator operations, disposal of refuge, waste and recyclable materials, and fleet management. Plan, develop and administer policies, standard processes and operating procedures with orientation toward consistency at multiple manufacturing facilities to achieve production goals with maximum enterprise-wide efficacies and efficiencies.
