​Thisjob is a member of the Airport Hubs & Gateway Team within the Customer Experience Division.

​Responsible for handling one or more of the following as their primary role:

Attendance and compliance

Distribution of equipment and supplies

Coordinating payroll

Coordinating and maintaining operation coverage and lost time

Managing new hire and transfer boarding

Hourly pay for this role is $15.81 - $22.75

What you'll do

Performs a wide variety of office duties including: coordinating meeting arrangements, typing, filing, ensuring telephone coverage, greeting and directing customers, handling mail, ordering and distributing office supplies, reconciling P-card spending, tracking anniversaries/birthdays, and arranging travel and hotel accommodations

Provides assistance with preparation of management presentations and special projects as required

Troubleshoots and escalates office technology issues, including telephone and copier machines

Tracks and ensures employees complete onboarding duties, including appropriate system access, assignment of lockers, mailboxes, uniforms, badges, fingerprinting, training, etc.

Assists in station event planning, coordination, and execution (i.e. Do Crew, luncheons, holiday meals, recognition events)

Have at least 1 full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level in the Federal service which provided you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position. Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience providing a wide range of administrative support, reviewing information from all sources in order to assign appropriate action/distribution to correct program office within the bureau. Experience making domestic and international travel arrangements using automated travel systems, like E2 Travel Solutions (e.g., planes, trains, hotel accommodations, rental car, passport applications, visas applications, special needs, authorizations, vouchers) Experience providing instructions and guidance to staff members on administrative matters. Experience with providing advice on various administrative policies, procedures, and requirements. OR B. Have a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or LL.M. from an accredited college or university. OR C. Have a combination of graduate level education and specialized experience (as described above), which is equivalent to the GS-09 level in the Federal Service. This experience and education together meets 100% of the qualification requirements for this position. Combination of Experience and Education: When an applicant has less than one year of specialized experience as described in the announcement, he or she may combine successfully completed graduate-level education with experience to meet the total qualification requirements.
