Visual DesignerThe Mission: D&G is seeking an experienced Visual Designer to assist the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Field Operations (OFO) with integrated strategic planning support. The Visual Designer creates visually appealing designs that enhance user engagement and align with CBP OFO strategic objectives. This is an outstanding opportunity to support CBP OFO’s mission to secure the border while facilitating lawful trade and travel that supports our national economy. Duties & Responsibilities:
Develops graphics, layouts, and visual elements for both digital and print materials.
Ensures visual consistency across platforms, maintaining brand integrity and design standards.
Works closely with the Design Lead and Strategic Communications team to integrate visual designs into broader communication strategies.
Collaborates with interaction designers to ensure that visual design enhances user experience.
Creates design assets for reports, presentations, websites, and other media channels.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to obtain CBP Suitability
Bachelor's Degree
3 years relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
CBP suitability within the last 36 months.
Place of Performance: This is a hybrid position with onsite in the Washington, D.C.
