Immediate opening for a part-time office manager/bookkeeper working with a commercial painting company in Bethesda, MD. Work schedule will be 2 days/week with the potential to grow into a full-time position based on job performance and company needs. Minimum 5 years’ experience with general accounting functions, QuickBooks accounting software & Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Strong experience with AIA contractor billing, QuickBooks payroll, certified payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable & bank reconciliation is required. Duties also will include general office management activities. Applicant must be well-organized as well as detail oriented in data entry and record keeping with the ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
