Mclean-based garden design firm is looking for someone to come in one day a week to our Mclean VA office to manage bookkeeping, send and pay invoices, and organize client projects.
GENERAL BOOK KEEPING DUTIES INCLUDE:
Input data into Quickbooks Online
Client Billing
Data entry for timesheets
Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation
Bookkeeping Reports
Transfer financial reports to accountant
Office admin tasks (organization, mail pick up, filing, etc.)
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Proficient with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, and Excel with (2-3) year related experience, preferably in a small business setting.
Detail-oriented and ability to multitask with minimal supervision.
Knowledge/ interest in garden design preferred.
Fluent English required.
