Federal technology experience with proven experience in capture management and proposal leadership within the Federal Civilian market
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful win strategies with acquisitions and solutions in the Federal information technology, cybersecurity, digital and cloud mission market areas
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing, diverse teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and motivating team members
