Pre construction:
Developed preliminary project pricing and contract documents, including a project-specific summary of work, identified long-lead items, and preliminary construction schedules;
Coordinated schedule and budget with internal team to develop pre construction goals;
Assisted with the procurement and bidding process;
Developed qualified bidders list.
Construction:
Provided oversight of construction activities and ensured compliance with objectives and client satisfaction;
Monitored job cost reports for budget compliance to complete projects within the established budget;
Maintained project documentation, including monthly reports, Meeting Minutes, Lien waivers, Submittals, RFI's, and Change Orders;
Assisted in regular Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings to monitor and assess project status and facilitate proper planning;
Interior design experience;
Led in closeout procedures and warranty documentation.
Assisted supervisors in managing project schedules and budgets while ensuring that all documentation and communication were accurate and up to date.
Managed project-specific accounting and prepared monthly draw request packages, including validation and backup documentation;
Collected and arranged all information and content for weekly and monthly reports for projects as required by the client;
Delivered monthly project updates to the owners for each project;
Managed the internal action item log and oversaw document control;
Coordinated and participated in project meetings for each project;
Ensured meeting minutes were recorded and processed;
Supported the project lead in organizing and facilitating communication among the members of the project team;
Performed intermittent site inspections to support project execution.
Communication and Coordination:
Acted as a liaison between management, staff, and clients, facilitating effective communication;
Managed email correspondence and distributed relevant information to the appropriate parties;
Coordinated with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and project delivery.
