Local Custom Construction company is seeking a well organized, energetic, detail-oriented, team player to work with our clients and subcontractors. And an experienced professional painting-coating estimator.
Must be a self-starter who can handle a fast-paced job and be able to prioritize, multi task, who has positive attitude and understanding the deadlines.
Based on each project, the Project Manager will be responsible for hiring subcontractors to work with. Sending drawings for bidding to subcontractors, receiving all bids, obtain subcontractors proposals, granting to sub-contractor.
MUST HAVE ESTIMATING EXPERIENCE
May include estimating extra work items, change orders, credits, procuring material, etc
Prepare and submit accurate estimates for construction project
Review plans and specifications, conduct site visits, and analyze bid packages
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers
Conduct cost analysis and identify areas for cost savings
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate and timely estimate
Meet with potential clients, subcontractors and engineers to determine the scope of work.
Attend client meetings as necessary, and delivering updates to the client as necessary and make special and important communications when needed

Ensure subcontractors comply with company guidelines and county codes
Report and track potential change orders
Compose scopes of work
Build and maintain long-term relationships with the key vendors/subcontractors site visits and kick-off meetings
Meet with potential clients, subcontractors and engineers to determine the scope of work.
Reviewing designs and plans
Permit applications and inspections
Finalizing the project
Following up with client
