Location: Vienna, VA

PROJECT MANAGER JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordination: Coordinate and manage the work of contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the projects.

Daily travel to the jobsite to ensure the work is being done per plan. This job is 70% on the jobsite and 30% in the office.

Quality Control: Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and in compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and control costs to ensure projects are completed within budget.

Scheduling: Schedule work activities and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.

Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues.

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the project to keep it on track.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of project progress, including daily logs, change orders, and project reports.

KITCHEN and BATHROOM DESIGNER:

Meeting with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Creating design with detailed plans for kitchen and bathroom, layouts in 2d and 3d. (Knowledge of 2020 software is preferred)

Suggesting appropriate materials and finishes.

Working with the office team to order all finished materials

Coordinating with sub-contractors and overseeing the installation process.

Ensuring all work complies with building and safety codes.

SUBCONTRACTORS:

Remodel Washington DC is currently seeking experienced remodelers, fine carpenters, kitchen installers, build additions professionals to join our growing team. We have immediate openings for 2-3 cohesive teams to tackle large-scale projects.

Key Requirements:

Proven expertise in the remodeling industry

Ability to work collaboratively on complex projects

Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and client expectations

Proficiency in both English and Spanish

Must operate as a registered company with own transportation
