Responsibilities and Duties
Scheduling appointments with customers over the phone.
Communicating with contractors and customers to best meet their specific needs.
Faxing, scanning, and uploading of important job specific documents.
Communicating with others within the company to meet customers needs.
Entering and processing new job orders.
Qualifications and Skills
Friendly/personable.
Excellent phone communication skills.
Time management skills.
Problem solving skills.
Must be detail oriented.
$15 per hour
