Looking for 1pm-5pm slot, extra hours can be added as we go. [20 hrs a week]
Lots to learn in a short amount of time, may be asked to run errands or do inspections using PM Software.
We are currently seeking a qualified high-paced professional to work under the supervision of the company's owner and to assist with anything that comes thru the door. This position entails answering incoming phone calls, interacting with contractors, Tenants, data entry into Appfolio property management software, and other general administrative functions as needed or assigned. Appfolio is intuitive and can be easily learned.
The Property Manager Assistant/Sales Assistant (PM/SA) can also responsible for collecting/processing monthly rents and participating in the maintenance administration process for our properties, which includes periodic property inspections and scheduling vendors for maintenance/repairs.
The ideal candidate must also possess exceptional written communication (including grammar & spelling ) and verbal communication, commitment to high degree of detail, demonstrates the ability to complete a high-volume of work, ability to plan and prioritize continuously throughout the day, and an absolute commitment to good customer service and client satisfaction.
Compensation - $18 - $21 / hour plus bonus structure
Minimum Qualifications:
Licensed Realtor in Maryland, DC a plus
2 years previous related experience in RE
Bi-Lingual (Spanish) a plus
A valid driver's license and personal vehicle
Credit & Background check required
