Job Responsibilities:
As a Residential Concierge at ACT Partners, you will be a key player in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring the smooth operation of the residential community. Some of your responsibilities will include:
Acting as a liaison between the management office, current renters, and prospective tenants
Managing amenity reservations
Following up on maintenance requests
Handling incoming and outgoing packages
Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
Addressing resident concerns discreetly and with care
Assisting the leasing office with additional tasks as needed
Writing detailed shift notes to ensure clear communication between shifts and provide a comprehensive overview of the day's activities.
Dress Code:
Navy blue suit with a pink, white, or gray blouse
Or gray suit with a pink, white, or gray blouse
If you do not have a blazer, please wear navy dress pants with a pink, white, or gray blouse
