Washington Post top-rated Ni Hao is looking for full and part time bartenders. We’re Peter Chang’s modern tapas style Northern Chinese restaurant, and we have a full bar with a craft cocktail menu. This is a fast-paced, volume work environment. Bartenders need to be comfortable with serving food as well as drinks as you’ll be doing both. Please have at least 1 year of experience in an upscale restaurant bar. Bonus points for liquor and wine knowledge, good service skills, and — of course — solid bartending skills. We’re a very small bar staff, so please be a team player too.
