We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating projects, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires proficiency in office tasks and excellent communication skills.
General requirements:
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
-Reliable, with great time management skills
-Experience with admin and light bookkeeping
-Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
-Computer skills to include Microsoft products experience
Administrative Tasks:
Managing emails and scheduling appointments
Coordinating meetings with suppliers, employees, & store managers
Preparing reports on sales, costs, and productivity
Maintaining customer and supplier databases and relationships
Managing accounts payable and receivable
General office maintenance tasks
Operations and Logistics:
Coordinating with suppliers for purchases and deliveries
Remotely supervising compliance with brand standards
Customer Service:
Handling complaints or issues and escalating problems to business owner when necessary
