We are looking for a delegating nurse (registered nurse) to conduct customer intakes and follow-ups. RN must have at least 1 year of experience and be available within 1 to 3 days' notice for said assessments. Other duties will include:
-Nursing assessments and developing individualized patient care plans,
-Educating patients and families about health conditions, medications, and self-care,
-Supervise and train caregivers to ensure quality of care.
