We currently seeking candidates for the position of Remote Area Nurse [RAN]
The Applicant must have a Driving License with at least 3 years of Experience and a clean driving record, in addtion oto
excellent problem-solving and customer service skills. Experience and/or knowledge in home health or home care is a must as you will be working with the elderly and disabled. Whilst not required, a good knowledge of the Maryland and DC area is a plus.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent . (required)
- Home Health care experience: 2 years (required)
- Customer Service: 2 years (required)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Travel to and from the clients house to conduct assessments and review care being provided.
- Interact with staff team and state to create plans of service.
- Ensures qualified staff are based on competency and availability to provide quality care in accordance with client’s plan of care
- Receives and communicates clients concerns and incidents to the supervisor as necessary.
- Follows up customer service to new and old clients and their family to ensure clients needs are being met. This includes quality assurance visits to the clients home.
-Assess/train potential new employees to determine where they will be assigned based on their level of expertise.
