Do you have a background in accounting or admin? Can you handle multiple tasks at once? Can you easily speak in Spanish or English ? Are you looking for a long term position to learn bookkeeping? Must be fluent in both languages to be considered.

Part time (6 or 8 hours / 3 or 4 days a week)
6:30am-3:30pm
Willing to hire full time if you are the right candidate!
Responsibilities:
- Accounting tasks.
-Update staff calendars
- Computer software knowledge: excel, outlook, Quickbooks preferable
-Clerical tasks, redact letters to clients, call clients, sort mail, organize supplies and company inventory, maintain files, make copies, scan documents etc.
-Keep office organized, tidy and running smoothly
-Receive and organize deliveries (Low weight items, about twice per month)
Pay: Please send desired hourly rate
