Busy Surveyor Company in NOVA seeking part-time help with its growing portfolio of rental properties. This is a contracting position that allows you to be your own boss and potentially earn $20k+/annually depending on your drive. Experience in real estate sales, rentals, or construction is highly preferred.
Job Requirements:
Experience in real estate sales, rentals, or construction; licensed realtor in VA preferred.
Attention to detail, well organized, dependable, punctual, and courteous.
Comfortable with computers, and phone apps and a quick learner.
Flexible hours that may require some weekend work.
Has active driver’s license, dependable car, and insurance.
Must be able to pass a criminal history check
Requires traveling within northern VA.
Job Benefits:
Flexible part-time work.
Pay is roughly $25/hour with the potential to earn as much as $50+/hour; no certifications needed.
