Fast-paced property management company seeking an experienced residential property manager for the Alexandria & Arlington area. Applicants must have excellent communications skills with clients and tenants, and be very detail oriented. Customer service skills are extremely important, as you will be working with people all day long. We are focused on single-family homes, and individually owned condominiums. We do not manage large apartment buildings or homeowner associations. Applicants must have a Virginia real estate agent's license (or obtain one within 3 months of hiring). You will need a dependable vehicle as there will be driving involved as part of the job requirements.
