Applicants must have excellent communications skills with clients and tenants, and be very detail oriented. Customer service skills are extremely important, as you will be working with people all day long. Applicants must have a Virginia real estate agent's license. You will need a dependable vehicle as there will be driving involved as part of the job requirements.
