Responsibilities:
Assist customers with cigar selections and provide product knowledge
Manage nightly operations of the lounge
Oversee customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
Handle opening/closing duties and cash management
Support event nights and private gatherings
Qualifications:
Prior hospitality or retail experience preferred
Knowledge of premium cigars and lounge etiquette a plus
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work evenings and weekends
