looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Night Time House Manager to join our team.
Position: Night Time House Manager
Location: The Wick Theatre & Costume Museum
Hours: Part time: 3 nights a week (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) 4:00pm-10:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patrons with seating and event information.
- Ensure the comfort and safety of our guests before, during, and after performances.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the theater.
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
- Supervision of box office and ushers.
Ideal Candidate:
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented.
- Able to work evenings and weekends.
- Comfortable walking and standing for extended periods.
- Experience with patron service software.
- A passion for theater and the arts is a plus.
