Minimum Qualifications:
- Prior restaurant experience required (min 3 years) in Italian Fine Dining
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work in USA
- English speaking
- Able to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Food handler certification a plus
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a sous chef in Italian Restaurant (Fine Dining)
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000.00 per year
