Project Description: To provide emergency repair for emergency glass repair services.
Scope of Work:
Emergency Repair of Glass on Miami Job Corps Center
1. Provide maximum of 100 hours of service for this contract period.
2. MJCC is only obligated for repairs and necessary parts authorized under this
agreement.
3. Vendor will submit a consolidated summary invoice as a monthly billing for all
repairs and parts during the billing period. Invoices must contain references to
BPA release numbers, an itemized list of repairs made and date of repairs. The
invoice must be supported by signed work completion tickets.
4. Non-emergency cost during the day, emergency cost and weekend costs

Adams and Associates, Inc., contracting for the U.S. Department of Labor for the operation of the Miami Job Corps Center – a student residential training facility located at 3050 NW 183rd St Miami, FL 33056 is currently soliciting written bids for this service.
