Project Description: To provide pest control services.
Specific Requirements:
Every 15 days pest control treatments in buildings:
1. Administration/Wellness
2. Culinary/Cafeteria
3. Vocational Shops
4. Female Dorms
5. Academic
6. Recreation
7. Male Dorms
8. Maintenance/Warehouse/Glazing
Please pay close attention to the cafeteria and culinary arts department. We need special treatment for these areas to ensure that activities does not escalate.
Areas targeting, ants, bed bugs, spiders, mice and roaches
Two (2) times per month Roach Treatment (Special treatment towards drainage in all kitchens on the premises common areas; especially in the main kitchen and dorm kitchens.
Monthly “No Tent” Termite Treatment on front entrance security station.
Placement of exterior rodent traps around all Center Buildings to be checked monthly.
Two (2) times per year Bee/Wasp Treatment/Control (Spring and Fall)
On-call service for the following (list treatment cost)
1. Bed bug search and treatment
2. Mosquito control spray/treatment
3. General pest control service, when needed
Adams and Associates, Inc., contracting for the U.S. Department of Labor for the operation of the Miami Job Corps Center – a student residential training facility located at 3050 NW 183rd St Miami, FL 33056 is currently soliciting written bids for this service.
