Job Description:
Boating/Boat/Yacht Industry Sales Experience is NOT required, however you must be open to working hard, have the willingness to learn, be respectful, and punctual. Please take the time and read below, it paints a clear picture of what is expected from candidates and may be what you have always been looking for! First two weeks Probation Must Obtain 2 listings to come aboard. After that is 8-10 weeks of training . 100 % Commission pay of anything you sell! 20/80 during training,30/70 first 6 months , 40/60 first year (Split on a 10% Commission)
