The successful candidate will be a Hands-on General Manager - involved in every aspect of the business. Helping to set the direction of the company in sales growth, account development, crew and field development, office support development, process improvement-field and office, collections, selecting new tools/software to improve efficiency and improve ease of doing business, estimate building (Xactimate) implementation of related software, setting sales targets, P&L management and performance accountability. Our focus is growing our brand recognition and development. Focus is to continue building our reputation of service excellence throughout Lee, Collier and Charlotte counties. Leadership responsibilities will include project management, technical leadership, team training and development, client relationship / business development, marketing (digital and in person), budget and finance, CRM platform and software/App tools implementation, sales development, customer service, trouble shooting and overall building and equipment maintenance.
The successful candidate should possess a diverse background and a strong desire to improve the business and self-development. Business development, relationship building, some technical background, project/production management skills, and remediation industry experience, consulting, and execution experience. Job site, Client Developments, Marketing and Prospect Bid Travel is required and related professional license(s) or certification(s) is preferred.
Assist the preparation of scopes of work, cost estimates and proposals and may develop and evaluate plans for major projects.
Provide leadership, guidance and instruction to less experienced staff members and coordinate projects, reports or project assignments.
Project implementation, QA/QC, project scheduling and budget management.
Assist in marketing and development of brand, cliental and service contracts.
Ensure professional and timely correspondence with clients, agencies, subcontractors or outside personnel.
Marketing and development responsibilities - help set the direction and course and develop and execute strategic plan.
Responsible for Asset Management and Maintenance Schedules.
Effectively balance and/or Collection of Payables Outstanding and ensure proper paperwork and signatures to support collections.
Other duties as assigned. Doing whatever it takes to keep company on track, profitable sales growth, budget accountability, service quality and overall excellence in customer satisfaction.
