Unique manufacturing company located in the Baymeadows area of Jacksonville is seeking a full time administrative assistant to work independently with our management team.
Your functions will include order entries, purchase order reconciliations, purchasing, accounting and supply chain co-ordinations. We require that you are proficient in MS Office, QuickBooks and Excel.
Previous experience working for a customer oriented custom manufacturing company is a large plus.
