Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Business Analyst, Sr located in Juno Beach, Florida. This role is pivotal in conducting complex operational analyses and leading medium to large project teams that support informed decision making within our business unit. Responsibilities: Lead project teams in conducting operational analyses to support informed decision-making. Review and approve findings for presentation to senior management. Coordinate with other business units on various initiatives. Direct, mentor, and coach lower level analysts. Conduct statistical analyses to provide insight into business operations. Act as a Scrum Master/Release Train Engineer for the Accounting Workstream. Facilitate the onboarding and management of suppliers. Oversee the execution of accounting functions. Ensure the validation of plans and procedures. Utilize strong decision-making skills to manage the contingent workforce. Requirements Demonstrable experience in Management roles Proficient in developing and implementing Procedures Experience with Onboarding new staff members Knowledgeable in Staffing and recruitment processes Skilled in enhancing Conductivity within the workspace Proven track record of successful dealing with Suppliers Ability to handle Commission Functions effectively Willingness to work Onsite if required Strong Decision-Making skills Experience handling an Expense Account Demonstrable understanding of Business Unit operations Ability to develop and implement Validation Plans Knowledge of A Plus software is beneficial Proficiency in Statistical Analysis Awareness of Cybersecurity practices Experience working in Project Teams Certification as a ScrumMaster is preferred Knowledge of NIS and Nerc standards Experience managing a Contingent Workforce Proficiency in various Accounting Functions Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
